Batch 18 is a 7 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in French Cognac casks. Named for the Charente river that flows through the Cognac region of France, St. Charente is a whiskey that smells of baking spices, cooked apples and orchard fruits, and sweet cinnamon. There were 2,365 bottles released at 119.2 Proof.
