Our first single finish. Through Kelvin Cooperage we found oloroso sherry barrels so nutty and sweet that we didn't want to add anything else. 6- and 12-year Kentucky straight bourbons rested in them for 88 days.

Mash bill: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley (6 years)
74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley (12 years)

Nose: Nutty, with spice and vanilla once it breathes.
Taste: Nutty and fruity with plenty of black pepper: classic bourbon with sweet sherry.
Finish: Long. Almonds and faint red grapes.
