Every release starts with excellent whiskey. That's the rule. This Kentucky straight bourbon was good enough that, tasting it with Kelvin Cooperage, we agreed a finish wouldn't improve it. So we didn't add one. 748 bottles.

Mash bill: 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley
Bottles: 748
Nose: Sweet fruit and vanilla cream, graham cracker, rye pepper.
Taste: Custard and cream, then baking spices, cinnamon, oak, pie crust.
Finish: Medium. Rye balanced by cinnamon toast and oak.
