Private Select Cask

Single barrels, chosen by our Chief Barrel Officer and our Chief Blending Officer. Kentucky straight bourbon, aged at least seven years and finished in sherry-rum barrels.

Each barrel is bottled on its own at barrel proof, so the proof is on the label of your bottle.
