Our first rye. We blended the best barrels of 7-year straight rye we could find and bottled it without a finish: spicy and fruit-forward. The same whiskey came back with finishes in Batches 10 and 11.

- Taste
- Mint on the tip of the tongue, candied orange and lemon zest in the middle, black pepper and sweet citrus at the back.

- Medium. Pepper, spice and lemon zest.
