The third Split Stave™ release. 6- and 7-year Kentucky straight bourbons, 9-year Indiana straight bourbon and 8-year Indiana straight rye, blended into what we call BRRYE.

Kelvin Cooperage built this year's Split Stave™ barrels from French oak, which brings more spice than American white oak.

Mash bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley (bourbons)
95% rye, 5% malted barley (rye)
Bottles: 3,005
Nose: Toasted marshmallow, cinnamon, baking spices, nutmeg, cloves.
Taste: Buttered cinnamon buns, cloves, vanilla, black pepper, a hint of mint.
Finish: Long, with pepper spice and citrus.
