It is finished in Split Stave™ barrels, built by Kelvin Cooperage for Four Gate alone, with toasted and charred staves side by side. Double Gold and 95 points at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Mash bill: 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley
Nose: Vanilla, toasted marshmallow, black pepper, oak.
Taste: Oak, crème brûlée, sweet vanilla, light custard, floral hints, baking spices.
Finish: Medium-long. Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper.
