Batch 30 is a high-rye bourbon, aged at least eight years and finished in añejo spicy dark rum barrels. Maple and brown sugar on the nose, molasses and baking spice on the palate, and a long, sweet finish with the rye underneath.

- Sweet maple syrup, brown sugar, light oak.
