Our first release of 2020 went back to the Batch 1 bourbon, now 12 years old. With Kelvin Cooperage we filled three large cognac barrels and a set of dark rum barrels from the same rum distillery that supplied Batch 1.

- Sweet and spicy: molasses and dark rum around the edges, mature oak and boozy red grapes at the back.
- Finish
- Medium-long. Rum and barrel tannins, sweet but oaky.
