The first two Kelvin Collaborations made several best-of-the-year lists, so the third had something to live up to. We blended 9- and 12-year Kentucky straight bourbons and, with Kelvin Cooperage, went back to dual-use barrels: PX sherry–rum barrels from Virago Spirits. Decadent and full-bodied.
